- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Montana City: Kalispell Delineated Area: North: Birch Grove Road East: Helena Flats Road to Hwy 35 South: HWY 35 to Shady Lane to Conrad Drive to Willow Glen Dr to HWY 93 West: Alt HWY 93 to Four Mile Dr to Stillwater Road to Old Reserve Dr to Reserve Pl to W Reserve Dr then north on Hwy 2 E then west on Rose Crossing then north on Tumble Creek Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,740 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,927 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 17 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Secured Parking Spaces (Trailers): 2 Secured Parking Spaces (Reserved): 10 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Additional Requirements: Space shall offer: Access to building weekdays 7:00 AM � 5:00 PM with potential to access space after hours and on weekends based on specific project requirements. Fiber Internet Access required (or) must be able to bring fiber internet to the leased space. Contiguous space is required. Office ceiling minimum clearance height 9� but no more than 12�. 24/7 HVAC required for dedicated LAN room. Must have the ability to display proper agency signage. An elevator is required if the designated space is on the second floor or higher. Parking Requirements: (18 Total On-site Spaces) Fenced parking for 10 Government vehicles. Fenced trailer parking for 2 trailers (length 12� x width 8� x height 9�) Fenced trailer parking for 1 trailer (length 36� x width 10� x height 12�.� Parking access must be able to accommodate turn radius for a a semi-truck to transport trailer. Additional 5 visitor parking spaces. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
