- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�� �PA City:�� �Bridgeville� Delineated Area:�� �Start at the intersection of Main St and Chestnut St in Carnegie, PA. Head north on Main St to I-376. Follow I-376 west to Cliff Mine Rd to RIDIC Park West Dr to Industry Dr to McClaren Rd Coraopolis Imperial Rd to Resurrection Rd to Ewing Rd to Coraopolis Heights Rd to Maple St ext Woodlawn Dr to Main St to 5th Ave. Head east on 5th Ave to the Coraopolis Bridge. Take the bridge to Grand Ave to the intersection of I-79. Head north on I-79 to Ohio River Blvd. Head east on the Ohio River Blvd to Camp Horne Rd. Head north on Camp Horn Rd which becomes Lowries Run Rd until Rochester Rd. Head southeast on Rochester Rd to Babcock Rd. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. �In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
