Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ESTABLISH BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS (BPAS) WITH LOCAL AREA CONTRACTORS IN THE LAWTON-FOR SILL AREA TO PROVIDE PORTABLE TOILETS ON FORT SILL, OKLAHOMA.�This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be used to provide approximately 169 permanent chemical-type latrine services and approximately 571 temporary chemical-type latrine services as requested at specified locations on Fort Sill, OK. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, vehicles, equipment, transportation, supervision, and other necessary means to deliver, relocate, pick-up and service portable chemical latrines under all weather conditions at Fort Sill, OK. The Contractor shall provide the latrines, handwashing stations and all maintenance and repair to maintain neat, clean and sanitary conditions. The Contractor may exchange the latrines and/or handwashing stations as required due to age and condition, or maintenance and repair requirements, in order to maintain the above specified levels of condition. The Contractor shall clean and service the latrines and handwashing stations per pricing schedule incorporated herein. If additional servicing is required, it will be requested on an individual basis. The contractor shall furnish referenced supplies and services, if and when requested by the Contracting Officer or his/her authorized representative during the period specified herein. Chemical latrine shall be placed at least ten (10) feet off of roads and improved trails.
