Description: The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences intends to negotiate on a sole source basis a firm-fixed-price contract with QSR International (Americas), Inc. for one (1) 12-month base period plus four (four) 12-month option periods for the procurement of annual NVivo enterprise site license for 3,000 FTEs; the license encompasses NVivo Collaboration Client Licenses, NVivo Collaboration Server for 100 concurrent users, and 6 hours of NVivo web-based training on an annual basis.�
