Description: USAID/Kosovo hereby provides notice of its intention to modify the Commercial Justice Activity under contract no. 72016719C00001 by increasing the Total Estimated Cost (TEC) of the award by $5,800,000 with the Contractor: Checchi And Company Consulting, Inc.� This changes the current TEC of $7,934,338 (including maximum award fee) to a revised TEC of $13,734,338 (including maximum award fee) and extends the activity�s period of performance by three (3) years, from the current end date of February 18, 2024 to February 18, 2027.�
