- This requirement is for the procurement of 5 (five)�motion capture suits of varying sizes and their associated analysis software at AFRL/711HPW/RHBFD. NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE:� The NAICS Code is 334519. Air Force Research Lab (AFRL/PZLEQ), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to Xsens North America Inc. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� A determination by the Government for the competition of this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� Any responses should be e-mailed to Jacob Britt at jacob.britt.4@us.af.mil no later than 16 March 2022 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.� Only responses received by this date will be considered. Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads �Motion Capture Suit Procurement� Note that e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe, or .zip files).� Therefore, if this subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters.� Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson AFB.� If sending attachments with e-mail, ensure only .PDF, .doc, docx, xls, or .xsls documents are sent.� The e-mail filter may delete any other form of attachments.
