- NF/SG VHS PHARMACEUTICAL REVERSE DISTRIBUTION AND WASTE PICKUP COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS General Information Document Type: Combined Solicitation/Synopsis Solicitation Number: 36C24822Q0304 Posted Date: 03/09/2022 Original Response Date: 03/23/2022 Product or Service Code: S205 Set Aside: NAICS Code/Standard size: SDVOSB 562112/$43.5 million This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. Proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-04, 01/30/2022. This solicitation starts 03/09/2021 and will end 03/23/2022 at 4:30 PM EST. Questions are due not later than 01/16/2022 at 10:00 AM EST. This requirement is Pharmaceutical Reverse Distribution Waste Pickup. See Statement of Work All offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://wwwbeta.sam.gov to be considered for an award of a federal contract. The record shall be complete and not missing elements such as representations and certifications; and SDVOSB/VOSB s shall be certified by the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov. All offerors are required to complete VAAR 852.219-77 VA Notice Of Limitations On Subcontracting Certificate Of Compliance For Services and return a signature copy with contractors quote. The Government will evaluate all quotations using the Comparative Evaluation process outlined in FAR 13.106-2(b)(3), where quotations will be compared to one another to determine which provides the best benefit to the Government. Contractors interested in providing these services should submit their quotes via email to shirley.courtney@va.gov. Quotes shall be received 03/23/2022 at 4:30 PM, Eastern Time Zone and reference the solicitation number.
