Answer 1: A site visit has been scheduled for 03/14/2022. Refer to attached Site Visit Agenda for more details. Question 2: Do you have a deadline for questions? Answer 2: Yes. The deadline for RFIs is listed in the Solicitation as 03/11/2022 at 10:00 AM, EST. Question 3: Under (1) Technical Capability (Page 20) of the solicitation, it states: C) Licensing/Certifications: Contractor shall provide proof that it is a licensed business to conduct Landscaping and Groundskeeping services. Provide documentation that contractor employees who will be performing under the proposed contract have completed: Provide documentation of the following credentials: - New Jersey State Fertilizer License, - State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Commercial Pesticide Applicator License with Categories 3A 3B. Can it be clarified if this is required to be with the proposal submission or will this be a deliverable prior to work start? Additionally, if these requirements are to be with submission, do these count against the page limit listed in the solicitation? Answer 3: Certifications must be submitted with the quotes. Certifications do not count against the page limit. We are looking to have the services started on 4/1/22. Question 4: Who Is the current vendor for this contract and what was the awarded price for the project? Answer4: In reference to current vendor and the awarded price, that information is not allowable for a contracting officer to release. Question 5: Can you please confirm that the bid set aside is for Small Business only? Answer 5: Yes, the solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside.
