Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140R6022Q0016 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 333999 with an associated small business size standard of 500 employees. The required supplies must meet the following parameters as outlined in this combined synopsis/solicitation to be considered technically acceptable. Line Item 0010 - 10 GPM Kidney-Loop Filter Skid (Dual Spin-On) a. Part number FS-10-S514D/2-120-N4-V OR EQUAL to, having the following salient characters i. Compatible with the following oils (minimum) 1. ISO VG68 ii. Filter Heads 1. Quantity: 2 2. Material: Cast aluminum 3. Spin-on 4. No internal bypass 5. Series Plumbing 6. Filters (Each head) a. Accepts (1) high efficiency spin-on filter element rated beta > 2000 per ISO 16889 b. 0-25 PSID differential pressure indicators (0-20 PSID green / 20-25 PSID red). Visual differential indicators for when the filter elements are plugged and need to be changed. iii. Motor: 1. Electric 2. Totally Enclosed Forced Cooling (TEFC) iv. Gear Pump 1. 10 gallon per minute positive displacement 2. Direct coupled to electric motor 3. Adjustable relief valve a. Factory set at 100 PSI. v. Seal Material: Viton vi. Inlet/Outlet 1. Camlock connections 2. 1-inch 3. Isolations valves for each 4. 20-mesh Y-strainer on inlet for pump protection. vii. Electrical: 1. Requirement: 120V / 1 Ph / 60 Hz. 2. On/Off Switch 3. Rating: NEMA 4 4. Power Cord Length (minimum): 25-feet viii. Sample Ports 1. 1 upstream 2. 1 downstream ix. Skid Base 1. Carbon Steel 2. Spill Containment Lip x. Transfer Hoses 1. Quantity: 2 2. 1-inch diameter 3. Camlock connections 4. Length: 12-feet xi. Exterior Finish: Oil and corrosion resistant enamel paint Warranty: 1-year factory warranty is required on all products. Line Item 0020 - 20 GPM Vacuum Dehydration Oil Purification System a. Part number VDOPS-20VFD-840X-36KW-480-N4-V OR EQUAL to, having the following salient characteristics i. Compatible with the following oils (minimum) 1. Gear, including ISO VG68 2. Transformer 3. Lubrication 4. Turbine 5. Hydraulic ii. Operating Vacuum: 18-28"" Hg iii. Maximum Viscosity: 3000 SSU (600cSt) iv. Pre-Filter Assembly: Inlet strainer (20 mesh) for bulk particles v. Particulate Removal: 1 high efficiency 5 micron pleated micro glass filter element Beta >1000 per ISO 16889 vi. Water Removal: 100% free and emulsified, 90% dissolved - as low as 20 PPM vii. Gas Removal: 100% free and 90% dissolved viii. Maximum Rated Flow: 20 GPM (1200 GPH) ix. Outlet Pressure: 100 PSIG x. Inlet Pressure: 20"" Hg vacuum to +15 PSIG xi. Gauges: 1. 30"" Hg to 30 PSI inlet gauge 2. 0-100 PSI system pressure gauge 3. 0-50 PSID differential pressure gauge for positive indication when the filter element needs to be changed xii. To be considered technically acceptable manufacturer specifications submitted must prove that it is equal to the Solicitation requirements and MUST be included with the quote.
