Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commodity prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301622Q0034 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 and DFARS change notice 20220128. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. This NAICS code is 339920 and the size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is for Strength and Conditioning Equipment brand name or equal as stated below. 09 March 2022 Please see Amendment 2 to Attachments 1 and 2 as some items were removed. �In addition, please see Amendment 3 to the RFQ. The new due date will be 16 March 2022 at 9:00 AM CST. 22 February 2022 Please see Amendment 2 Dated 22 February 2022. This amendment extends the�due date to 25 February 2022 at 8:00AM�CST. � 15 February 2022 Please see Amendment 1 to Attachments 2 and 3. Questions 1-15 have been posted and answered and the new quote due�date has been extended to 23 February 2022 in Amendment 1 to the Final Solicitation.
