Description

The 14th Contracting Squadron, 495 Harpe Blvd, Suite 256C, Columbus AFB, MS 39740 intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price, sole source Purchase Order to UFA, Inc. The purpose is for the contractor to provide upgrade services, troubleshoot, and support the ATCloud/ATCoach/ATSpeak software for one year at Columbus Air Force Base. This purchase is for a commercial service and will be made using FAR 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures at FAR 13. Other than full and open completion is authorized pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b). The vendor is UFA, Inc. The vendor is required to include an annual subscription to ATCloud/ATCoachME/ATSpeak for one year, ATCloud portal for students, class, and exercise management, ATSpeak phraseology and skills trainer, ATCoach ME Radar simulation, support for existing ATSpeak ATC phraseology, user documentation in softcopy (English), one year of amazon web services commercial hosting management, Columbus Virtual/Remote training up to five days, includes site/scenario developer training (ATCoach ME), content development for ATSpeak and system administrator training, each refresher training will include two staff for three days, and phone/email support during US East Coast business hours. The NAICS code 334511 and PSC code 6605 will be used for this contract. Vendor is a small business.
