Ft. (ABOA): 2,380 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,380 Space Type: Warehouse, Office and Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 6 Parking Spaces (Surface): 6 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 4 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Drive-in 200lb floor load warehouse with 1 standard loading dock door. Secured, gated 2,000 sf wareyard able to accommodate semi- truck deliveries. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
