- SOURCES SOUGHT:� THIS IS A MARKET SURVEY FOR WRITTEN INFORMATION ONLY.� THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.� No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests.� In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made. The U.S. Coast Guard is considering whether or not to set aside an acquisition for HUBZone Small Business concerns, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns (SDVOSB), 8(a) certified Small Business concerns, Woman-Owned Small Business concerns or Small Business concerns, or solicit Unrestricted.� The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with a small business size standard of $36.5 Million. The estimated value of the procurement is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.� A 20% bid bond will be required. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.� � The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking interested vendors with relevant past performance, personnel/resources, equipment, and capability to perform the following work: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and disposal required to complete the following Airfield Pavement Repairs at USCG Base Cape Cod, MA (Barnstable County) � Runway 14-32 2.5� asphalt concrete mill and overlay, length of the asphalt portion of the runway and repainting all pavement markings across the runway (Approximately 109K SY of pavement and 154 SF of pavement marking) PCC slab replacement and joint sealant at the PCC section of the runway that intersects Taxiway Delta (Approximately 2.4K SY of slab replacement, and 1K LF of joint sealant) Fixed and Rotary Wing Apron Joint sealant repair and partial depth patching of rigid pavement on the Fixed Wing Hangar Apron (Approximately 11K LF of joint sealant and 150 SF of patching) PCC partial slab replacement, depth patching of rigid pavement, resealing of joints, crack repairs, and repainting pavement markings at the Rotary Wing Hangar Apron (Approximately 400 SF of slab replacement, 200 SF of patching, 2K LF of joint sealant, 2K LF of crack repair, and 1K SF of pavement marking) Taxiway Delta 2� asphalt concrete mill and overlay at various sections across the taxiway and repainting pavement markings (Approximately 9K SY of pavement and 1K SF of pavement marking) Note:� A Coast Guard escort will not be provided for the construction contractor.� The contractor shall be responsible for their movement and the movements of their subcontractors on an active airfield.� The contractor shall provide escorts for vehicles, and shall maintain contact with Air Traffic Control at all times via radio.
