Date: Wednesday, January 19, 2022 Time: 09:00AM EST Location: �NAS Jacksonville, FL - River Cove Community Center, Building 10, Mustin Road, Jacksonville, FL 32212 The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southeast (NAVFAC SE) is seeking innovative ideas and feedback concerning the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), specifically labor/workforce, housing, materials/equipment, and other logistical challenges for BOS services at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (NSGB), in an effort to increase competition and develop innovative acquisition strategies. The BOS services at NSGB include all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to effectively execute: Family Housing, Facility Management, Facility Investment, Custodial, Pest Control; Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM), Other (Swimming Pools), Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping, Utilities including Electrical, Wastewater, and Water, and Base Support Vehicles and Equipment (BSVE).� A draft PWS for these BOS services is forthcoming and will be uploaded to this special notice.� The contents of the draft PWS are for industry use in providing feedback during this Industry Forum and are subject to change. Breakout sessions will be conducted with potential offerors to meet one-on-one with the Government in the afternoon.� The quantity and length of each breakout session will depend on the number of meeting requests the Government receives. This event is open to all contractors interested in facilities support contracting and subcontracting opportunities with NAVFAC SE, specifically regarding the BOS contract at NSGB.� This will be an excellent opportunity for contractors with NAICS code 561210 and similar BOS experience to collaborate with NAVFAC SE to provide the best facilities support contracting to the Navy. AMAG Form - In accordance with NAS Jacksonville security regulations, all prospective visitors and contractor personnel are hereby notified that in order to obtain a one-day visitor�s pass the person must submit a AMAG form (provided as attachment) to Ms. Jennifer Doherty, at jennifer.e.doherty.civ@us.navy.mil (with a copy to darrien.a.thomas.civ@us.navy.mil) no later than 11:00 AM EST, Friday, January 14, 2022.� One-day passes must be obtained at the Pass and ID Office on Yorktown Avenue, Building 9. All visitors must bring with them form SECNAV 5512/1 (provided as attachment) on the day of the visit along with two (2) forms of identification as required.� Also, be advised by this notice that the level of security at NAS Jacksonville may change at any time. As the level of security heightens, the amount of time required to gain access to the base also increases. This announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, promise to contract, or commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. �Participation in this Industry Forum is voluntary and NAVFAC SE will not assume responsibility for costs incurred by attendees for their travel expenses associated with such participation.� Note: Ongoing source selections will not be discussed at the forum.
