Description

Pre-solicitation Data Management and Data Platform Operations Services The F-35 JPO intends to issue solicitation N0001922Q0003 for Data Management and Data Platform Operations Services. This effort will be solicited as a fair opportunity under the Air Force (AF) Platform One Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). If the Navy issues a solicitation for this requirement, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Navy Marine Corps Acquisition Regulation Supplement (NMCARS) will guide the acquisition. The anticipated scope of the procurement includes building and sustaining DataOps within the F-35 JPO cloud ecosystems with the following labor categories:� Product Managers, Enterprise and Data Architects, Data Engineers and Scientists, Database Administrator, Designers and Developers. The anticipated PoP includes a one-year base and and 3 one-year option periods. The Navy would issue the solicitation electronically to all AF Platform One BOA holders through the Solicitation Module of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil and interested parties must comply with that solicitation. This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR 5.203(a) and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not accept proposals as a result of this synopsis. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided in response to this notice.�� The Government anticipates issuing a Firm-Fixed Price solicitation in the 3rd quarter of FY22. In response to a resulting solicitation, all responsible sources under the AF Platform One BOA may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the Navy. The Government anticipates making a single award in the 4th quarter of FY22. *************** This notice is updated to remove the set-aside classification. Any resultant solicitation will�be issued electronically to all AF Platform One BOA holders.�
