Description: �The Contractor shall remove dispose the existing waterproofing assembly from Saipan Transmitter roof, then supply, deliver and install a qualified reroofing waterproofing assembly onto the Saipan Transmitter roof. The Contractor is responsible for all existing roofing demolition, reroofing material, insulation material, labor and supervision, construction equipment and tools, vehicles, utilities, personal protection equipment (PPE), safety and fall protection, travel, air and ground transportation, lodging, meals, and insurance.
