Description

VA HANDBOOK 6500.6 MARCH 12, 2010 APPENDIX C C-12 Pre-solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to award a sole source contract.  This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:    Colossal Contracting, LLC (831720946) 304 Harry S Truman Pkwy Ste G Annapolis, MD 21401-7379 Unique Entity ID (SAM): F4M9NB1HD785 The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Medical Center intends to award a purchase order, Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source contract for 15 Virtual Patient Monitoring System to a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Colossal Contracting LLC. Colossal Contracting is the sole Federal Partner for Wachter items. The intent is to procure these services on a sole source basis. A solicitation will be posted on or by 03/16/2022.   The NAICS 541519. The size standard $25M.  The PSC/FSC is 6515.         Interested persons may contact the Contracting Officer/Contract Specialist by email at sharieka.wright@va.gov regarding this procurement.  The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.   Response must be received by 03/16/2022.
