Description: The El Yunque National Forest is investigating their existing wastewater system�at Palo Colorado lower restroom to determine existing conditions. To assist in�this effort the Forest Service needs a contractor who can perform the following�services:�Clean, video, and locate wastewater infrastructure at the lower restroom at�the Palo Colorado recreation site on the El Yunque National Forest. A Final Report: Must include video of all lines, a written report documenting�condition of pipes and any deficiencies found, and a site plan showing�locations of wastewater infrastructure
