Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic, Gordon Health Contracting Branch Fort Gordon, Georgia, has a requirement for supplies required to perform diagnostics with indium oxine and myoview testing kits at Nuclear Medicine at Eisenhower Army Medical Center Fort Gordon, GA. Attached is a copy of the solicitation and statement of work.� The Myoview kit must be FDA approved. The indium oxine must be FDA approved. Vendor must guarantee the item will remain in stock for next day delivery(within 24 hours of order being placed). A signed copy of the solicitation, along with proposal should be emailed no later than April 11, 2022 12:00pm EST to heather.m.woodward2.civ@mail.mil and sebrena.l.hackleylane.civ@mail.mil Questions should be submitted via email no later than Friday, March 18, 2022 12:00pm EST to heather.m.woodward2.civ@mail.mil and sebrena.l.hackleylane.civ@mail.mil Point of contacts are: Heather Woodward, Contract Specialist, email: heather.m.woodward2.civ@mail.mil and Sebrena Lane, Contracting Officer, email: sebrena.l.hackleylane.civ@mail.mil Solicitation MOD has been added to include updated Statement of Work and Salient Characteristics, as well as updates to clauses that weren't included originally and to include corrections to the addendums 52.212-1 & 52.212-2. The solicitation has not been extended.
