Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit from a single source for office space reconfiguration. The delivery date for this requirement is 30 days after contract award. The authority for this action is the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b), which states, ""For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisiton threshold.�(i) Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g. urgency,� exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name, or industrial mobilization).� The lessor is the only capable provider for these services.
