- Description
- The Department of Defense, United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Propulsion Acquisition Division (LPAK), will be hosting a virtual industry day via Zoom on24 February 2022. The general sessionfor all attendees will be held from 10:00-11:00EST. Individual sessions with prospective offerees and USAF personnel are anticipated to be available in one hour blocks starting at 12:00pmEST and continuing until 5:00pm EST. The deadline to RSVP for this event is 5:00 pm EST 22February 2022. Offerees are expected to include their first and second choice time slotsin conjunction with their RSVP.One-on-one sessions with the USAFteamwill be conducted from 12:00-1:00, 1:00-2:00, 2:00-3:00, 3:00-4:00, and 4:00-5:00pm.All sessions will be scheduled inEST. Additional meeting times will be made available if needed. The purpose of the virtual industry day is to communicate the KC-46 Spare EnginesPropulsion Procurement and receive industryinputs to maximize competition.The preliminary program requirements anticipate the winner of the contract will be expected to procure and deliver twelve to twenty (12-20) F139 engines with QuickEngine Change (QEC) parts and trailers.Please see previously posted Sources Sought FA8626-21-x-0006 for further information.A draft Statement of Work (SOW) will be made available prior to 24 February 2022. Interested parties (potential prime contractors only) must submit their name, employer, phone number, email, and any questions related to the acquisition to Mr. John Manovich at john.manovich@us.af.mil and Ms. Jenifer Moore at jenifer.moore@us.af.mil no later than 5:00pm EST22February 2022. In addition, please indicate in your email your preference(s) forone-on-one with USAF (e.g. �[Interested party] would like to participate in the general sessionand a one-on-one session with USAF personnel from 2:00-3:00pm on 24 February 2022.�). Exceptions will not be made for late registrations. Attendees will be sent Zoommeeting invite(s), charts, and meeting confirmations through their provided email in advance of the event. The general session and one-on-one meetings will be held at the unclassified level.
