Description

This is an Unrestricted requirement and is open to all businesses for submission of offers.� The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the Government�s anticipated solicitation release on or around April 1, 2022.� The Solicitation Number is W15QKN-22-R-5022.� Procurement Description: The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is procuring a new requirement for Elevator Maintenance Services on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) at multiple facilities throughout the Northeast (Regions A:� New York;� Regions� B:� Pennsylvania ). NOTE THAT THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE 2 OR MORE AWARDS AND OFFEROR SHOULD SUBMIT THIER OFFER BY REGION WHICH IS BROKEN UP BY CLIN IN THE SOLICITATION.� MULTIPLE AWARDS CAN BE MADE ACCORDING TO REGION FOR THIS REQUIEMENT. The Government intends to issue a solicitation as full and open competition, all businesses can submit an offer for this requirement.� The period of performance shall be for one base year and four twelve-month option periods. This requirement will be funded utilizing Operation and Maintenance - Army Reserve funds. The solicitation will result in a new Firm-Fixed-Priced contract awarded to the responsible, responsive offeror, whose technical approach meets the requirements of the solicitation. �� Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Elevator maintenance services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as those items specified as government furnished property and services.� The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations. ***�All responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.beta.sam.gov/ in order to transact business with the Government. �Failure to obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code and register in the SAM database may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror. *** All responses to this pre-solicitation notice shall be in writing; NO TELEPHONE INQUIRES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
