Description

This solicitation is amended to extend the proposal due date to 04/04/2022 at 1:00 pm CDT, in order to allow more time for the government to answer the received questions from prospective contractors. Project Title: Repair Trail Abutments Compartment 57 Original Set Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5) NAICS Code: 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. � PSC Code Z2LB � Repair or Alteration of Highways/Roads/Streets/Bridges/Railways. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) which will result in award of a firm-fixed price contract.� Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process considering technical qualifications, past performance, and price. Magnitude: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is: (b)�Between $25,000 and $100,000. Location: Project Name and Location: Repair Trail Abutments Compartment 57. The project is located approximately 500 yards southeast of the 900 block of Cherry Hills Drive, Elkins Lake, on the Sam Houston National Forest, Huntsville, Texas, in Walker County. Address of the Sam Houston National Forest office is 394 FM 1375 West, New Waverly, TX 77358, phone (936) 344-6205 Scope of Work: Reconstruct and stabilize both abutments. The Contractor shall reference the Schedule of Items, Specifications and Drawings for a complete description of work items. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following major work items: 1. Provide material, equipment, and labor to reconstruct and stabilize both abutments to the Compartment 57 Bike Trail Bridge.
