- Unrestricted Procurement for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Matagorda Ship Channel, Texas, Peninsula to Point Comfort in Calhoun County, Texas, Pipeline Dredging.Project Information: Base Ordering Period ?Seed Project? - The work consists of Schedule 1 ? Maintenance dredging of Matagorda Ship Channel approx.1,673,000 cubic yards from Stations 12+000 to 65+000; Option 1, maintenance dredging of Matagorda Ship Channel, Texas approx. 1,931,000 cubic yards from Stations 65+000 to 118+502; Option 2, maintenance dredging of Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, approx. 211,000 cubic yards from the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway from Station 956+000 to 964+000. Completion Time: ?Seed Project? Completion time for Schedule No. 1 is 100 calendar days; Option 1 completion is 107 calendar days; Option 2 completion is 21 calendar days. SATOC Ordering Period: Base Ordering Period and (4) Optional Ordering Periods for a total of (5) years. If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified per task order, the contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the Government in the amount of $3,598.00 for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted. The contractor will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds within (5) calendar days after award per task order. The contractor shall begin work within (10) calendar days after receipt of the notice to Proceed. The Solicitation issued will be Firm Fixed Price.
