- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District hereby announces a solicitation for �Gavins Point Concrete Repairs Powerhouse Bridge.� The solicitation will close on 18 April 2022. The solicitation is unrestricted. Site Visit: Site visit will be conducted on 24 March 2022 at 1pm CST. Name: Jim Shoemaker Address: 55245 Highway 121 (Gavins Point Project), Crofton, NE 68730 Telephone: (402) 667-2565 Email: Jim.M.Shoemaker@usace.army.mil Project Description:� The contractor shall be responsible for all labor, equipment, and materials required to perform concrete repairs on the powerhouse bridge and its approaches, repairs of spalls and delaminations, overlay and re-slope the south abutment gravity wall decks, seal the powerhouse bridge and north abutment gravity wall decks and maintain all joints. The contractor will be required to commence work upon receipt of contract award and complete the work 365 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, this is subject to change after solicitation issuance.� NAICS Code:� The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with a size standard for Small Business of $39.5M.
