Description

The purpose for Amendment 0002 is as follows: 1.� Address all Requests for Clarification (RFC). 2.� Provide revision of the Plan View Drawing. 3.� All amendments must be acknowledged with submission of quote. **** The purpose of Amendment 0001 is as follows: 1) Remove the QMS requirement, as it does not apply to this solicitation. 2) Extend the submission due date to Wednesday 23 March 2022, 11:00 AM (PST). 3) Update the Contract Specialist POC. 4) Technical Drawing for this requirement shall be requested via email directly to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer, as this document will not be posted publicly on SAM.gov. 5) Update the appropriate Serial Number within CLIN 0001. 6) Amendment 0002 is forthcoming to address all Contractor's questions (Requests for Clarification (RFC)). -- This is a firm-fixed-price (FFP) Commercial contract to provide and install switchgear 100A 3 pole 480V breaker in existing panel # HN1B and procure and install transformer 75KVA. The contractor will be required to provide all labor services and materials in accordance with the established Statement of Work and all applicable government specifications and regulations. Inspections and acceptance of all services will be performed at destination by the cognizant government representative. The contractor is responsible for the use of the latest revision of all references, specifications and NAVSEA Standard Items. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) N5523622Q0035 is issued as a total small business set-aside. The subject solicitation is being processed using FAR Part 13. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04, published 26 January 2022, and DFARS Publication Notice 20220128. Synopsis is not required in accordance with FAR 5.202(a}(13}. An on-site walk-through occured on 09 March 2022 at 0900 (PST). Please be advised, all vendors must be registered at http://www.sam.gov/ and must have attended the on-site walk through for their quote to be considered. For a copy of the technical manuals/drawings, please send an email request to the assigned contracting personnel. Quotes must include: 1) Standard Form 1449 (Conformed Copy) - Request for Quotations (RFQ), blocks 17a and 30a through c must be completed by the quoter. 2) Standard Form 30 - Commercial Solicitation Amendment 0001, blocks 6 and 15a through 15c must be completed by the quoter. Your quote shall conform to the established criteria as set forth in Statement of Work�of the attached SF 1449.
