- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-22-Q-0003 as a Request for Quote (RFQ).� 2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP)�procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b). 3) CLIN 0001� � � Landoll Trailer Repair Service� � � 1 Job 4) The following commercial service is detailed below. 4a) Trailer Dimensions are as follows: Length - 50 feet, 10 � inches. � � � Height from the ground to the top of the box above the fifth wheel - 8 feet, 3 inches. � � � Width - 8 feet, 5 � inches; � � � Height from the ground to the rear of the trailer 3 feet, � inch. b) Prep and Coat Trailer......includes brush blast, two coats of black epoxy/primer/finish and an application of one coat of gloss urethane.� c) Contractor must have the ability to perform the service within the state of Indiana. The customer shall transport the trailer to contractor's facilities for the completion of the service, or the contrator must have the ability to mobilely complete the service without the use of Indiana National Guard facilities, at a location designated within the greater Indianapolis area, by the customer, at the time of Award.� 5) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with detailed pricing information. Clauses 52.204-24 and 52.204-26�within attachement 3 must be reviewed and checked.� 6) 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition. 7) Quotes are due at 4:00 p.m. local (eastern) time on 31 March 2022.�Quotes shall be submitted via email to brian.williams132.civ@army.mil.� 8) Attachments: 1 - Applicable Clauses 2 - Wage Determination 3- 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items
