Description

PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS INSTRUMENT SHARPENING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES Upstate VISN 2 Medical Centers: Albany Stratton VA Medical Center 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, NY 12208 Buffalo VA Medical Center 3495 Bailey Avenue, NY 14215 Finger Lakes VAMC 260 Calkins Road, Rochester, NY 14623 Syracuse VA Medical Center 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210 Has a requirement for Instrument Sharpening and Maintenance Services for a base year and provision of four (4) option years. The Contractor will be required to furnish all necessary personnel, material and equipment to provide Instrument Sharpening and Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the resulting contract and the specifications and requirements, to be detailed in the RFQ to follow. The NAICS code is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Size Standard $22 Million. The RFQ will be Unrestricted open market solicitation and will be posted to SAM on or about March 23, 2022. This date is subject to change. All vendors must be registered in the SAM.
