Description

The General Services Administration (GSA), Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, Office of Federal High Performance Green Buildings (OFHPGB), has identified a need UL 24480 Circadian Lighting Pilot Project.��As such, this Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued as sole Source to the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS), an other than small business and authorized reseller of �UL 24480 Circadian Lighting and services.� � The Government contemplates award of one (1) single-award, Labor-Hour Purchase Order to the Icahn School of Medicine, an other than small business, as a sole-source contract in accordance with FAR Subsection 6.302-1 assuming the quotation has met, or exceeded, the Government�s requirements in the evaluation process for best value.� It is expected that Vendor will submit quotation in accordance with the procedures and requisite requirements identified in this Solicitation in accordance with their commercial pricelist.� This RFQ is being issued at SAM.gov with the intent to Sole-Source, to the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS) and to provide an opportunity to UL24480 Circadian Lighting authorized resellers to compete.
