THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS POSTED AT THE SAM.GOV WEBSITE. THERE ARE NO SPECIFICATIONS TO PROVIDE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT AT THIS TIME AS THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY - READ CAREFULLY. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. �All interested parties should respond. � The 106th Rescue Wing intends to issue a solicitation and create a construction Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for maintenance, repair, construction, and design build services at Westhampton Beach, New York.� Typical work includes, but is not be limited to: interior and exterior renovations, heating and air-conditioning, HVAC controls, plumbing, fire suppression, interior and exterior electrical and lighting, fire and intrusion alarms, communications, limited utilities, site-work, landscaping, fencing, masonry, roofing, concrete, asphalt paving, storm drainage, limited environmental remediation, construction of new facilities, surveys, studies, design-build and other related work. All will be in accordance with individual task order requirements, specifications and drawings provided with each project or master specifications. It should be noted that the majority of task orders under these contracts will be for sustainment, repair and maintenance (SRM) projects that will range between $2,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.� All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 1 April 2022. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form (add link to form) and (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted. Information shall be provided via email to: anthony.kirincic@us.af.mil and sara_margaret.luna.1@us.af.mil . Include the following in the subject line ""Sources Sought W50S8E-22-R-0001"". No facsimile responses will be honored. This Sources Sought notice is being issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, Market Research. Its sole purpose is to provide information for planning and market research purposes only and shall not be construed as either a solicitation or obligation on the part of the 106th Rescue Wing. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to help the 106th Rescue Wing understand industry best practices, technical solutions, and sources capable of meeting the requirements detailed by this solicitation. The 106th Rescue Wing welcomes responses from all Small Business interested parties; however, no decision or award of contract will be made on the basis of responses from industry. The 106th Rescue Wing will not pay for the preparation of, nor the subsequent use of, information submitted in response to this Sources Sought. Respondents will not be notified of the outcome of the 106th Rescue Wing�s review of the information received. Additionally, the 106th Rescue Wing does not intend to hold discussions concerning this with any interested parties, but reserves the right to contact vendors if additional information is required for clarifications as it pertains to this Sources Sought.
