- The Army Contracting Command � Rock Island has a requirement for O-Rings, 155mm for M825, M1121, and M1124 projectiles in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas.� The Government intends to award a firm fixed price, 5-year Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) to one contractor who has the capability to fulfill this requirement.� Applicable technical data includes specification AS3578-251.� Estimated guaranteed minimum contract quantity is 45,000 each and maximum contract quantity is 425,000 each.
