Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SINGLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER� AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.��Army contracting Command, Red River Contracting Office, Texarkana, TX�intends to award a purchase� order to Larson Tech Inc. located in San Jose, CA on a single source basis utilizing Authority Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) stating�only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy agency needs.�This item is part of a testing unit that is approved by TACOM.� Larson�Automation is a sole source for TACOM regarding these testing units. Larson�Automation Inc. is a sole source for TACOM regarding these teseting units therefore the Government intends to award a purchase order to Larson Automation Inc. to provide a new Larson Line�Replaceable Unit (LRU), Vendor Part No. FIXT-12366-02. No solicitation document will be available and telephone request will not be honored.� �NO OTHER SOURCES WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ACQUISITION. Any�response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that�competition would be advantageous to the government. Interested sources must�submit technical capabilities that could demonstrate your ability to meet�the government's requirements to be considered for FUTURE ACQUISITIONS. If�no affirmative written response is received within 15 days, publication of�this synopsis, an award will be issued to Larson Automation Inc. without�further notice.
