Description

Perform fire protection testing and inspection work and provide documentation at the frequency required by the most recent edition of The Joint Commission (TJC) Standard 02.03.05 in the Environment of Care (EOC) Chapter. Perform fire protection testing and inspection that is not mentioned in the TJC EOC Standard 02.03.05 but is required by NFPA 25 (2011): Standard for the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems, NFPA 72 (2010): National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code�, and NFPA 291(2010): Recommended Practice for Water Flow Testing and Marking of Hydrants. Provide fire sprinkler and fire alarm repair and installation services as needed to fix any deficiencies found in test and inspection reports and general fire sprinkler and fire alarm work needed by the facility.
