Description

NOTICE: This solicitation will only be available to�contractors�who currently hold�a contract with GSA Region 6, under the (R6) Multiple-Award, Design Build Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract for Construction Services, for the states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska (GSA, PBS Region 6) Contracts�(47PG00220D0003 thru 27). Design/build replacement of passenger, judges, and prisoner�elevators and associated systems. Work also includes demolition, painting, doors/frames�replacement, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and fire protection work to allow for the installation of the elevator systems. The maintenance of the elevators to be replaced in this contract will be included.
