- Description
- This Request for Quote (RFQ), W91CRB-22-Q-5015, is for the procurement of 1 Year OSINT Software Subscription in support of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement for the country of Estonia. All proposals are to be in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) as defined under FMS Case EN-B-UFE. This effort will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. See attached solicitation of items being procured.� This solicitation will NOT be issued in paper.� All interested parties are responsible for obtaining the solicitation documents through Sam at (https://sam.gov/). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract. Information regarding registration can be obtained from the SAM link at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. Any questions are to be submitted in writing to Charrissa Stancell, Contract Specialist, via email to: charrissa.m.stancell.civ@army.mil no later than 12:00 PM EST on 17 March 2022. Questions submitted after this time will not be addressed. This solicitation will close on 23 March 2022 at 12:00PM EST.
