- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for a Connex licenses.� The compliant product is available solely from Real-Time Innovations, as the required materials are only available through RTI.� The NAICS code is 511210 and the business size is $41.5 million. The proposed purchase order is being solicited on a brand name basis.� The proposed action is for software, for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one compliant product pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii).� The basis for restricting competition is for the following reasons: Connex is the only compatable software, with no compatible product on the market.� The NSWCCD intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
