- Original Posting: March 23, 2022 NASA Glenn Research Center hereby issues a Request for Proposal for the SETS requirement. This includes the following primary requirement categories: Administrative Support Services, Communication and Professional Development Services, Information Technology (IT) Services and Technical Knowledge Services. This acquisition is fully set aside for Woman Owned Small Business. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 611430 �Professional and Management Development Training� and $12,000,000.00 respectively. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this website for the release of amendments (if any).� Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).� Prospective offerors are encouraged to notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer, Noah Garrison, via email at noah.s.garrison@nasa.gov no later than April 8, 2022 at 4:30 PM Cleveland, OH Local Time. Questions and comments will receive a response up to this date and may result in an amendment to this posting.� Questions and comments submitted after this deadline will not recieve a response.
