MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source�under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)�(1)(i), ""Only one responsible source"" based on the company being the only�library of consortium who could provide all the publications in which the government is seeking and is therefore the only source capable of�satisfying the Government requirements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS, 2001 EVANS ROAD, CARY NORTH CAROLINA, 27513-2009, (212)726-6000�for the following: Political Science�� 2020 (01) January Unlimited Perpetual Access 50 Titles,� 2020 (05) May Unlimited Perpetual Access 58 Titles, 2020 (09) September UnlimitedPerpetual� Access 64 Titles�� 2021 (01) January Unlimited Perpetual Access 55 Titles 2021 (05) May Unlimited Perpetual Acess 55 Titles 2021 (09) September Unlimited Perpetual Access 63 Titles This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However,�any responsible source who believes it is�capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement,�proposal, or quotation, which shall be�considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of�this notice.
