Description: This service will provide maintenance to the Video Matrix System located at the 611th Air Operations Center (AOC) and Joint Operations Center (JOC), Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska. Maintenance will include but is not limited to performing diagnostic and analysis testing remotely, two semi-annual scheduled inspections, color balance of LCD displays, mechanical and electrical adjustments of video projectors, and cleaning of record/playback heads and other projector lenses.
