- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ anticipates soliciting a two-year (1 base and 1 option period) Firm Fixed-Price contract to manufacture, assemble, and produce the End Items of PSE as outlined in Table 1.� All PSE End Items shall be produced in accordance with Government furnished drawing package, this Statement of Work, and the requirements of the contract.� Production units shall be delivered no later than six (6) months After Receipt of Order (ARO) and defined in the contract terms. Further requirements will be posted to the SAM.gov website on or about 14 April 2022. Hard copies of the solicitation will NOT be mailed. The Government anticipates that the RFP will be released under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 332710.� NO FORMAL SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME. THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.� This acquisition is being pursued on a full and open competition basis in accordance with the statutory authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 and the Federal Acquisition Regulation.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice.� Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.� Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract.� The Point of Contact is Michael Miller, Michael.T.Miller248.civ@us.navy.mil.
