Description

SOURCES SOUGHT - NOTICE TO INDUSTRY Marketing/Social Media/Branding Services. The Government has a potential need for marketing/social media/branding services for the Indian Health Services (IHS), California Area Office (CAO) in support of our Desert Sage and Sacred Oaks Youth Treatment Facilities (YRTCs) located in Hemet and Davis CA. The YRTCs provide residential substance use treatment for American Indian/Alaska Native youth between 12-17.� These are the first two IHS administered programs in California.� Each location has 32 beds and are co-ed.� We provide care to any eligible patient, not just those from CA.� However, our priority is to increase awareness of our program within CA and the tribal communities. We desire assistance with creating a culturally appropriate branding/marketing campaign to include: Revision of our mission/vision to aide in Logo creation, color, text, format branding Graphic arts/media assistance Brochure Posters Signs Informational flyers Outreach table informational Social Media assistance Building and expanding our presence Content creation Intentional advertisements (including paid, targeted and other strategies) Website support Possible building of independent website (pending government regulations) Optimization of current website to be more user friendly� Search engine optimization Sources Sought Synopsis. This announcement seeks information from industry, which will be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. The information gathered will be used to identify potential sources and if this effort can be competitive or set-aside for small business. This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this synopsis. No solicitation, no specifications, and/or drawings are available for this procurement. Potential Set-Aside Possibilities. The Government is interested in all businesses to include Native-Owned. The Government requests interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and provide the following information: Your small business status as it relates to the identified NAICS code; NAICS Code is 541613 Marketing Consulting Services. Provide information regarding potential teaming arrangements. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners; Provide a sources sought package must describe similar services your firm has offered to the Government and commercial customers in the past three years. The package shall not exceed five (5) pages on 8�x10� front and back. Provide description(s) of recent and relevant work experience, within the past three years. Please email package to the IHS/CAO Chief Contracting Officer listed below. Only the first 5 pages will be utilized for this sources sought. Marketing services and the date(s) services were provided; any detailed description of specific project work performed or offered is needed; Type of services provided, i.e., commercial, private, municipal; institutional.; Type of contract, i.e., Cost, Firm Fixed Priced in Nature; NAICS Code; IAW with FAR 52.219-14(c)(1), Limitation on Sub-Contracting Services, ""At least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern. Prior Government contract work is not required for submitting a response under this Sources Sought. This notice is for market research purposes only.
