- This is a PRE-SOLICITATION/SEED PROJECT SITE VISIT notice to notify all Socio-Economic Small Business companies that the FBI has a requirement for continued Job Order Contract (JOC) services to support Quantico, Virginia.� PRIME CONTRACTOR MUST BE WITHIN A 50 MILE RADIUS OF QUANTICO, VIRGINIA The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a requirement for continued Job Order Contract (JOC) services to support Quantico, Virginia.� The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) will require JOC services to support construction, alteration, and repair of industrial, commercial, office, and utility projects at various FBI facilities on Quantico, Virginia.� These facilities will be within Quantico, VA. The FBI has a need for project management, planning, estimating, labor, transportation, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, design, and other associated tasks necessary to fulfill the construction requirements of each JOC Task Order. This contract will provide for a one (1) year Base Period and up to four (4) Option Periods for a total contract period of up to sixty (60) months to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The solicitation will be a Request for Proposal (RFP) with an 100% Small Business Set-Aside.� Award will be made utilizing the Best Value Source Selection approach to the Government in accordance with FAR 15 and FAR 36.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 (Commercial, and Institutional Building Construction).� If your company is interested in being added to the interested parties list for this requirement, please email your contact information to Andre Wilson at alwilson6@fbi.gov. This list will receive an email notice, with a link to access the solicitation documents, after the solicitation is issued/posted to the GPE in accordance with FAR 5.201. Telephone request for the solicitation package or unofficial plan holder list will not be honored. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. Vendors will not be charged for solicitation documents. Due to the anticipated interest, the FBI is scheduling an Industry Day for Tuesday April 5, 2022. �Attendance priority will be given to small businesses. Only three (3) representatives from your company will be approved to attend this Industry Day.
