Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command � New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Armament Center, intends to award a sole source modification under Contract No. W15KQN-22-P-0003 with Critical Hit, Inc., 9 Lodar Lane, Brewester, NY 10509. To purchase commercially available BRL 1192 wargaming modules, consisting of digital and printed terrain maps which have been modified for training personnel and tested virtually for new weapons systems concepts.�� This sole source modification is in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (brand name). Critical Hit!, Inc., is the only known source who can meet the Government requirement. The Redacted Brand Name Justification is attached to this notice.� The applicable NAICS for this effort is 339930 - Games, Toys, and Wheeled Goods and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The resultant contract period of performance shall be 60 days from award. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS / REDACTED J&A NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFQ). Further, this synopsis is not a guarantee of a future RFQ and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government. Responses to this synopsis are not considered quotes and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
