- The 482nd Contracting Flight (CONF/PK), at Homestead Air Force Reserve Base (HARB) � Homestead, Florida (FL), is seeking information in regards to non-personal services for Base Operations Support (BOS) at Homestead ARB (FL). The BOS team is reaching out to request your feedback in regards to the attached DRAFT PWS. Please indicate, at a minimum, any performance risks, ambiguities, and/or unclear or undefined areas.� Additionally, please provide any recommended changes and/or updates that you feel are noteworthy.� In your response please clearly identify the page, section, and/or paragraph you are referencing. Also, please provide feedback on Tab F (corrective maintenance) as far as if you have done that as a Firm Fixed Priced CLIN, Cost-type CLIN, etc.) The purpose of this notice is to seek information regarding availability and capability of qualified small businesses able to perform a potential requirement. Responses received will be used for acquisition strategic decision making purposes only. This request is for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a contract or otherwise pay for the information solicited. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request. Companies responding to this request are advised that participation does not ensure involvement in future solicitations or contract awards. No proposals are being requested or accepted under this notice, and this announcement shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or to ultimately award a contract, nor does this request restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Contact with Government personnel, other than those specified in this Request for Information, by potential Offerors or their employees regarding this requirement is not permitted. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this request. Any costs associated with providing information to either this request or any follow-up information requests shall not be reimbursed. Costs incurred as a result of this request for information shall be borne solely by the respondent and shall not be payable by the Government. Please e-mail your responses using the attached market research survey (Market_Survey_HomesteadARB_BOS) to the primary point of contacts, the Contracting Officer Mr. Craig Keelen at craig.keelen@us.af.mil, Ms. Renee Harden at renee.harden@us.af.mil and Ms. Ashley Johns at ashley.johns.3@us.af.mil, no later than 1700 p.m. EST on 25 April 2022.
