Description

SYNOPSIS: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals�are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. The United States Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC), Amistad Power Plant located at 670 Texas Spur 349, Del Rio, Texas 78840 requires electrical services to install components associated with the 15Kv Switchgear, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor will provide services to replace existing two (2) 150DHP750C and two (2) 75DHP500 15KV Porcel-line type DHP Magnetic Air Circuit Breakers with two (2) 150DHPVR5002000 and two (2) 150DHPVR750C1200 15KV Vacuum Type Circuit Breakers and the obtaining of one (1) Remote Circuit Breaker Racking System (RPR2 or equivalent).
