UPDATE 28 Mar 2022 The purpose of the 28 Mar 2022 update is to post updated documents as follows: 1.� FA8201-22-Q-0003 Mylar Digitization Services for AFLCMC/LZP, Hill AFB UT Combination Synopsis Solicitation 28 Mar 2022.� The 28 Mar 2022 version is required to use to prepare and submit quotes. 2.� SOW Mylar 28 Mar 2022.� The 28 Mar 2022 version is required to use to prepare and submit quotes. 3.� FA8201-22-Q-0003 Questions and Answers (Q and A) 28 Mar 2022 provides a summary of the changes. 4.��FAR 6.302-1, available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources to satisfy agency requirements, is applicable to this effort.� IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, provide a proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.� Offers are required to be emailed to both the contract specialist Jeffery Eggleston at email jeffery.eggleston@us.af.mil and the contracting officer Dawn A. Schmidt at email dawn.schmidt.1@us.af.mil.� The due date for the offer is Wednesday, 30 Mar 2022, 12:00 pm Mountain Daylight Time (MDT).� ORIGINAL NOTICE 24 MAR 2022 FA8201-22-Q-MYLAR Mylar Digitization Services for AFLCMC/LZP, Hill AFB UT Sources Sought published 22 Feb 2022 is related to this solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The purpose of combination synopsis / solicitation FA8201-22-Q-0003 Mylar Digitization Services for AFLCMC/LZP, Hill AFB UT is to establish a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Hybrid Mylar Digitization Service, Mylar Precision Plotting Services and On-Demand Mylar Restoration Services for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC)/LZP Engineering Data Service, Hill AFB UT over a 3 year ordering period, 1 Apr 2022 to 31 Mar 2025.. FA8201-22-Q-0003 Mylar Digitization Services for AFLCMC/LZP, Hill AFB UT Combination Synopsis / Solicitation 24 Mar 2022 is attached for a description of this requirement. The Statement of Work (SOW) Mylar 10 Jan 2022 4 Pages is also attached for a description of this requirement. FA8201-22-Q-0003 Mylar Digitization Services for AFLCMC/LZP, Hill AFB UT�is issued as request for quotation (RFQ).� NAICS 325992 Photographic Film, Paper, Plate and Chemical Manufacturing, Size Standard Number of Employees 1,500 and Federal Supply Code 7670 Microfilm, Processed are applicable to this effort. Award will be made on a sole source basis to Global Precision Imaging (8GN37). The government proposes to acquire the supplies/services cited herein on an other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) stated in FAR 6.302-1, available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources to satisfy agency requirements.� The Justification and Approval (J&A) for other than full and open competition is applicable and shall be made publicly available in accordance with FAR 6.305(a). However, any interested vendor may contact the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer for any questions or additional information.
