The Government proposes to acquire, on a Firm-fixed Price contract, a one-time purchase quantity of 7 each of a Parts Kit, Fuel Tank, NSN: 1560-01-577-6981; Part Number: HM022-509-600 applicable to the BK CH-47 (Chinook) weapon system. THIS REQUIREMENT IS DETERMINED TO BE A NON-COMMERCIAL REQUIREMENT. ALL CONTRACTOR ASSERTIONS OF COMMERCIALITY SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH ALL APPROPORIATE DOCUMENTATION UPON SUBMISSION AND RECEIPT OF PROPOSAL.
