- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE � THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT�S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD TO E-9 CORPORATION. The Department of Defense (DOD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, (WHS/AD) on behalf of Washington Headquarter Services intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. WHS/AD intends to issue a sole source contract to E-9 Corporation, Inc (5285 Shawnee Road, Suite 500, Alexandria, VA 22312), to provide the Emergency Reporting Software-Ultra Secure Annual Maintenance Software. ��� The anticipated Period of Performance is July 20, 2022- July 19, 2025. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to be compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determine whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.
