- UPDATE 30-MAR-2022: Amendment 03 published, extending quote due date to 01-APR-2022 at 1000PDT. UPDATE 28-MAR-2022: Amendment 02 published, providing the Wage Determination for Lane, OR.� UPDATE 25-MAR-2022: Updated Questions and Answers document in Attachments. UPDATE 23-MAR-2022: Amendment 01 and conformed solicitation added to Attachments. Solicitation amendment created to incorporate additional required provisions and clauses, along with their applicable alternates and deviations; remove inapplicable provisions and clauses; revise�PWS Section 6.8, and delete an erroneous DFARS reference in the PWS; correct FAR Clause 52.217-9 to show duration not exceeding 60 months; and, correct�FAR Clause 52.233-2 to show the correct Point of Contact for Protests.�Point of Contact for this amendment is Carl Schmurr, Carl.R.Schmurr@usace.army.mil. ____________ Prospective contractors shall provide all management, tools, equipment, labor, materials, and vehicles necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at South Willamette Valley Project in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Prospective contractors shall accomplish all cleaning tasks and be required to provide and replenish supplies in all restrooms, kitchens and other areas. Minimum cleaning frequencies are established in Section 5.2. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, instructions, and commercial practices. South Willamette Valley consists of Cougar Powerhouse, Cougar Fish Facility, Fall Creek Powerhouse, Fall Creek Warehouse, Fall Creek Fish Facility, Dexter�s powerhouse, Fern Ridge Dam, Fern Ridge Project Office, Dorena Dam, Cottage Grove Dam and Cottage Grove Park Ranger Office with Campgrounds in Cottage Grove and Dorena and Day Use Parks, Hills Creek and Lookout Point Offices, Powerhouse and related parks.
