Description

Building 678 Laboratory Expansion at Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst (JB MDL), New Jersey (NJ) A) The project consists of, but is not limited to, the following: demolition, construction, renovation, and incidental related work and will consist of areas that are typical of administrative space. B) The contract will consist of a one-year (365 day) period of performance. C) This requirement is a single award set aside for a HUB Zone Small Business. D) In accordance with FAR 36.203, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. E) The NAICS code is 236220 and the size standard is $39,500,000.00 F) All prices should be included on the bid schedule at attachment (B-1), each line item, and prices/costs must be typed or in black ink. An itemized breakdown shall be included on the bid form attachment (B-2).� G) Contractor should reference Section L, Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors for preparation of proposals. The solicitation will be evaluated using price and past performance information as stated in section M. H) A site visit will be conducted on 12 April 2022 at 9AM EST.� I) All questions must be submitted NLT 2PM EST on 19 April 2022. J) Past performance evaluation package is due at 2PM EST on 2 May 2022.
